2025-26 OCHC Registration

The Oneida County Hockey Club (OCHC) is a competitive hockey program with teams at the 10U, 12U, 14U and midget levels. New Hartford Youth Hockey and Whitestown Youth Hockey have taken unprecedented steps in working together for the benefit of youth hockey in our area. As a combined program we have the ability to play at the Tier II (register under New Hartford Youth Hockey) or Tier III (register under Whitestown Youth Hockey) level. This flexibility allows us to choose the level of play based on the talent of the kids at each level.

Our goal - to provide competitive and affordable hockey for players in our area without having to join a Tier I hockey association.

Prices:

10U-16U FULL SEASON TEAMS- $800 registration fee plus a $100 fee per player for raffle tickets. It is the responsibility of the family to sell the raffle tickets. There will be a drawing in February to determine winners of the raffle. Member retains all proceeds from raffle ticket sales. There is also a $200 concession fee added to each registration. 

Upon completion of 10 concession hours, you will receive a $200 refund. There is only ONE concession fee PER family.

16U/18U WRAP SEASON TEAMS:

$550 registration fee plus $100 fee for raffle tickets. There is no concession fee for wrap teams

Registration can be paid in full or you can take advantage of our payment plan.

Payment Plan:

Each registered player will be charged a $100 deposit upon registration PLUS $100 raffle ticket fee and $200 concession buyout fee ($400 total upon registering prior to July 1st).

Remaining payments will automatically be deducted from bank account/credit card used to register per the following schedule:

Jul 1: $140.00

Aug 1: $140.00

Sep 1: $140.00

Oct 1: $140.00

Nov 1: $140.00

*If you register AFTER July 1st, you will be charged for any past payments up to that date. For example, if you register your player on July 15th with the payment plan, you will be charged $400 PLUS $140 for the July 1st payment ($540 upfront), with future payments following the schedule noted above.

Please note, we are not able to adjust the payment plan if you register late so it is best to register early if you would like to take advantage of this option.

Dates: 2025/26 Fall Session begins the first week October and ends in mid-March. Players will have a minimum of 2 practices per week for 50 minutes each day.

Ages: 9-18 (Birth years 2007-2016) *

2025-26 USA Hockey Registration Required- Link to USA Hockey is provided in the registration process.  Membership rates for this season are $69 for 2013-2016 birth years and $79 plus for 2007-2012 birth years plus $12 affiliate fee.
